The 'old guard' of Real Madrid is leaving the club little by little, but Marcelo is one of the biggest resisters. The Brazilian does not want to say goodbye to the Merengues and makes efforts to renew his contract for another season.
The Spanish broadcaster Gol TV says Wednesday that Marcelo's situation has turned 180 degrees. If before he was one of those who was going to leave the club at the end of his contract, after securing the Spanish title he became one of those who should have a renewed contract.
