Myanmar football stars share work out experiences to their fans

They connected with their football fans through video files on Myanmar National League social media page to let their fans know they are okay with their self-training.

Myanmar National Team keeper and captain and keeper of Yangon United, Kyaw Zin Htet said that he was doing his work out with his fitness trainers in the evening and he relied on his self-training to have balance of his stamina and wellbeing to welcome the upcoming Myanmar National League season which will be held in the near future.

Next, Myanmar National Team defender and defender of Shan United, David Htan said, “ I spent with my family during my stay at home period and I did my self-training by looking on the self-training video files from YouTube. I also gave my time to my kids during my stay home period".
