Marco Brescianini, a defensive midfielder for Frosinone, is allegedly in line to join Napoli this summer following a positive meeting between the player's agent Beppe Riso and sports director Giovanni Manna on Wednesday. TMW reports that discussions between the player's agent and the Partenopei director took place on Wednesday afternoon and ended well.
This summer, Manna and Riso have already had several conversations because Riso is the representative of Alessandro Buongiorno, who was just signed by Napoli. Riso really plays for some of the best names in Italian football right now, such Sandro Tonali of Newcastle, Davide Frattesi of Inter, and Gianluca Mancini, Brian Cristante, and Tommaso Baldanzi of Roma. Brescianini has plenty of choices this summer. He scored four goals in his first Serie A season the previous year, despite Frosinone's eventual relegation. Fiorentina and Atalanta are also said to have shown interest.
