The Mossos d'Esquadra Central Unit for Sexual Assaults (the Catalan police) has in its possession several pieces of evidence that point to Dani Alves as guilty of a crime of sexual rape, which allegedly took place on the 30th of December, in a nightclub located in Barcelona.
According to information published by El Mundo, one of the most incriminating are the "traces of semen" found in the bathroom where the player allegedly committed the sexual abuse.
The authorities are now waiting for the Court of Instruction number 15 of Barcelona to order the collection of the Brazilian's DNA to assess whether there is a correspondence regarding the genetic material in question.
This would be, moreover, the only real proof that there was any type of sexual relationship between the right-back and the complainant, since, adds the publication, the second's medical report reports "few biological traces" in the exams made.
