Neymar stays in Brazil till after the World Cup qualifiers

Good news for Neymar and bad for the Barcelona fans, it appears that we won't be able to watch him wearing a Barça shirt this season until after the World Cup Qualifiers. The Catalan club has spoken to him and given the player a couple more weeks of vacation as Brazil manager Tite has called him up for the upcoming Brazil matches in September. The manager spoke to the press about Neymar's inclusion and the choices he made to take some of the Olympic Champions to the first team.

The manager spoke to the press about the exclusion of key players like Douglas Costa who is currently recovering from an injury, he chose to include both Brazilian sensations: Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Barbosa who accompanied Neymar on the attack with Brazil during the Olympics. Tite knows perfectly that these players are the future of Brazil, that is the main reason why he chose some of the Gold Medal winners.

On the possible impact of Brazil's golden triumph, he said: "It is a legacy of a very strong sense of unity. We faced a difficult time and there was a warmth and understanding from the supporters when we needed it. Both opponents will present great difficulty and are above our classification. Their teams are together, have a level of confidence, quick transitions, balance, physical imposition and technical quality."

Brazil squad in full:

Goalkeepers: Alisson (Roma), Marcelo Grohe (Gremio), Weverton (Atletico Paranaense)

Defenders: Gil (Shandong Luneng), Marquinhos (PSG), Miranda (Inter) Rodrigo Caio (Sao Paulo), Dani Alves (Juventus), Fagner (Corinthians), Filipe Luis (Atletico Madrid), Marcelo (Real Madrid)

Midfielders: Casemiro (Real Madrid), Giuliano (Zenit), Lucas Lima (Santos), Paulinho (Guangzhou Evergrande), Philippe Coutinho (Liverpool), Rafael Carioca (Atletico Mineiro), Renato Augusto (Beijing Guoan), Willian (Chelsea)

Forwards: Gabriel Barbosa (Santos), Gabriel Jesus (Palmeiras), Neymar (Barcelona), Taison (Shakhtar Donetsk).
