Real Madrid decided against making a move for Pedro Porro

Real Madrid, one of the biggest teams in La Liga, has essentially opted not to pursue Pedro Porro, a defender for Tottenham Hotspur. This is in line with Diario AS, which on Thursday offered a glimpse into the most recent happenings behind the scenes in the capital of Spain.

It goes without saying that in recent weeks, the name of stopper Porro has dominated the transfer news in his own nation. This occurs when it is recognised that the 25-year-old has solidified his place on the Real Madrid hierarchy's desire list. Los Blancos are reported to be searching for reinforcements at right-back in the wake of Dani Carvajal's long-term injury, and Porro's recent success on Tottenham's books makes him a desirable possibility. However, as previously said, if the most recent information from the media is any indication, the operation is currently not a viable one.
