Swansea City announce Andre Ayew’s loan move to Fenerbache

Swansea City have announced that they loaned Ghana attacker Andre Ayew to Turkish giants Fenerbache.

Ayew has already arrived in Turkey to complete a season long loan to the Club.

The deal also gives the former Turkish Champions an option to buy the player outright at the end of his lean deal.

Swansea City manager Graham Potter has already paid a warm tribute to the player.

“I understand the circumstances of the move – it’s part of the restructure of us going forward,” he said.

“From my perspective he has been brilliant. He has applied himself in training, supported what we are trying to do and been very professional.

“He has been a joy to work with and we wish him the best.”

The 28-year-old made a return to Swansea City after a difficult time with West Ham United.
