Erik ten Hag confirmed, on Thursday, at the preview press conference for the third round of the FA Cup, against Everton, that Jack Butland is the first reinforcement of the winter secured by Manchester United.
The English international should arrive at Old Trafford on loan from Crystal Palace, thus occupying the vacancy left open by the departure of Martin Dubravka, who returned to Newcastle after half a season on loan to the Red Devils.
