Valladolid came back from behind twice to move out of relegation zone

By holding off Athletic Bilbao to a 2-2 draw Valladolid climbed out of the  Spanish league's relegation zone on Wednesday. Valladolid came back from behind twice to finish with a draw in the end and walk away with a point in the end.  Athletic first took a lead with Jon Morcillo scoring for the side in the 14th minute and giving them an early lead. Valladolid answered with Fabian Orellana leveling the match in the 70th minute only for Raul Garcia to put the host ahead again 6 minutes later at San Mames Stadium.

Shon Weissman then rescued the team from defeat to level up at 85th minute and helped the team climb the ranks to 17th seed. They are currently tied with Elche who is 18th on the table. Bilbao on the other hand sits 9th on the table after pulling off a win against Atletico Madrid on Sunday.
