The defending Ghana premier league champions maintained a slender lead from the first half to beat AS Vita Club 2-1 in the 2018 CAF Confederations Cup.
The match which was played on Wednesday afternoon in front of some 5,000 followers sparked Ghanaians as football returned after 5 weeks absence.
Striker Bright Adjei broke the deadlock early, he slotted home in the 4th minute to ginger the fans.
Yahaya Mohammed also made his mark and doubled the lead 7 minutes after with a very powerful header.
The visitors pulled one back in the 25th-minute mark but happened to be only a consolation.
Aduana now has high hopes of qualifying to the next stage of the competition with 3 out of 6 matches played.
They lie 2nd with 4 points.
