Albert Adomah is still part of my plans- Aston Villa Boss

Aston Villa Manager Steve Bruce says despite Albert Adomah's struggle with form, he has included him in his plans for the season.

Adomah is struggling to gain the creative spark that saw him create and score most of Villa's goals last season his coach revealed.

Following the arrival of Yannick Bolasie and Anwar El Ghazi at Villa Park, Adomah has had very little time to feature in any of Aston Villa's championship games. However, manager Steve Bruce says the winger is in his plans for the campaign.

“We have a bit of competition for places, which can only be good,” said Bruce.

“Albert is a valued member of the squad. You can’t help but like him. He is a great pro, a great lad who had a great season for me last year.

“I hope he can get off and run again. I think he understands the situation.”

Ghana forward joined Aston Villa in 2016 on a 3-year deal and has been impressive until this season.
