Tsygankov, 26, had a superb season for Girona, helping the LaLiga club qualify for the Champions League by scoring eight goals in 30 appearances.
The former Dynamo Kyiv player was part of the Ukraine squad at Euro 2024, starting the 3-0 defeat to Romania before being an unused substitute in their other two group games.
Diario AS states that Tsygankov has not yet reported back for preseason training after the Euros, but coach Michel has made it clear to the club's hierarchy that he should not be allowed to leave unless an offer comes in that is too good to turn down.
However, the paper says that Tsygankov has a release clause of €30 million in his contract, which runs until 2027, and that wouldn't be a barrier to a Premier League club should they decide to take their interest further.
