Carlos Vela is the MLS Player of the Month yet again, this time the LAFC captain and superstar wins the award for April, getting his second POTM in a row.
Vela achieved five goals and two assists in the five games played in April, keeping an outstanding pace and helping Los Angeles FC to climb to the top of the overall league standing and the Eastern Conference table too.
The striker leads the top scorer chart of the American League with 11 goals, besides leading the shots chart with six and the shots on goal chart with 24, something that makes him one of the contenders for this season's MVP alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is right behind the Mexican's numbers.
