Chelsea will hope to return to winning ways

After losing 3-0 to Brighton & Hove Albion on the south coast on Friday, Enzo Maresca's team has only won two of their last nine Premier League games. Despite appearing to be vying for the championship in December, that outcome left the Blues sixth in the Premier League standings and in grave danger of missing out on qualifying for the Champions League the following season.

Even though Chelsea hasn't played well since Christmas, they didn't get in many players during the January transfer window, albeit some did leave Stamford Bridge. It has now come to light that Chelsea asked about a gifted attacker as they were negotiating to let go of one of their present players. According to TBR Football, while the West London team was negotiating a loan deal for Joao Felix with AC Milan last month, they requested to be updated on Rafael Leao's availability.
