Chelsea's victory over Forest preserves their prospects of qualifying for Europe

The exciting and chaotic match saw goals from Nicolas Jackson, Mykhailo Mudryk, and Raheem Sterling, who came on as a substitute. Their efforts put together increased the Londoners' chances of winning European football next season.

Willy Boly and Callum Hudson-Odoi both registered goals for Forest, who narrowly avoided jeopardizing their opponents' chances of finishing in the top six. Hudson-Odoi's strike seemed to have sentenced Mauricio Pochettino's team to defeat, but in the closing minutes, they produced a stunning comeback that showed their newfound grit to enjoy a 3-2 win over Forest. Forest could afford to celebrate their efforts as well because they started the evening three points above the relegation zone and had a much better goal differential than Luton, who were in 18th position. The late effort by Sterling saved all three points for Chelsea.
