Edin Terzic states that Ansgar Knauff will return to Borussia Dortmund

The idea is that Ansgar Knauff, who has been on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt for the past 18 months, will return to Borussia Dortmund after his Frankfurt loan period ends in the summer. While Marco Rose was the coach at Borussia Dortmund at the time of Ansgar Knauff's loan, he decided to join Eintracht Frankfurt in January. The Turkish forward's loan is set to end at the end of the season, and Edin Terzic already anticipates his return. In January, Ansgar Knauff went to Frankfurt on a 18-month loan deal.

He was extremely good in both of his starts against Manchester City and in both of his matches against Newcastle. After that, he was rarely used, so he was loaned out. "He has been recovering for a long time. He is currently injured. I regularly saw him during my time as technical director. We continue to communicate, because we have the same ideas about care for the summer."
