ESPN, the broadcaster, says this via FCInterNews. The station claims that Boscagli may be available as his contract with the Dutch club expires at the end of June 2025. In preparation for the upcoming campaign, both Neter and Napoli are looking to add a defensive player.
Over the Nerazzurri, there has been doubt over the future of Francesco Acerbi, a seasoned defender who formerly played for Lazio and Sassuolo. It appears from reports these days that the Nerazzurri are prepared to hold onto Acerbi. They would still need a player, though, to provide defensive depth and support the 36-year-old. In the meantime, Napoli, the Serie A winners from the previous campaign, still lack a true defensive replacement in Kim Min-Jae. But this may be Boscagli's last season at PSV. The Frenchman is under contract with his present team till June 30, 2025.
