Joshua Kimmich, a transfer target for Liverpool, has piqued Paris Saint-Germain's attention once again.
The midfielder for Bayern Munich has been in the centre of transfer negotiations, and there have been rumours that a free agency move may be imminent. However, it has now been claimed that Bayern Munich, which had earlier offered Kimmich a contract, has retracted their offer. This decision is the result of Kimmich's inability to provide Bayern a firm and unambiguous response to their offer, which left the club unsure of his true motivations. Kimmich's willingness to accept a lesser contract with the Bundesliga team suddenly seems less realistic given the increased interest from elite teams around Europe. Kimmich is apparently attracting a lot of interest from PSG. Last summer, the 30-year-old was approached by the Ligue 1 powerhouse, but the midfielder declined the offer.
