The date of the international competition, which will be held in the US from June 14 to July, has upset the players since some of them have contracts that expire on June 30. Conceicao, Randal Kolo Muani, and Renato Veiga are all on loan with Juventus until the end of the current campaign; they do not have the option to purchase them outright. La Gazzetta dello Sport, however, claims that the Bianconeri are nearing a deal with Porto to retain Conceicao, at least for the Club World Cup.
