Ghana International Kevin-Prince Boateng is said to have agreed a three-year contract with Italian Club Sassoulo.
A report by Football Italia indicate the player is heading to the Serie A Club next season.
The former German Youth international is likely to leave Eintrentch Frankfurt having spent just one season with the Club.
Boateng had a great campaign with Frankfurt last season after scoring four goals for the Club in the German Bundesliga.
He previously played for Italian giants AC Milan where he won the League title.
The 30-year-old could be returning to Italy, a country he enjoyed a successful spell.
Having excelled at AC Milan, Boateng opted to join Spanish Club Las Palmas and had an incredible time with the Club scoring 10 League goals.
He however moved to German after claiming he wanted to be close to his family.
