Kylian Mbappé strikes again for PSG in the 2-0 rout of Marseille

The Former Champions Paris Saint-Germain and the runner-up’s clash evidently focused on the gap in that exists in between the two. Mbappé opened the score for PSG in the ninth minute itself with a pace that left Olympique de Marseille’s players stunned, to score his 16th goal of Ligue 1 this season. Mauro Icardi scored the second goal finishing a fine Alessandro Florenzi cross. The team made up for Neymar’s slow night due to illness.

The speedster, Mbappé later shared the team entered the field with the intention to win and had beaten Nimes with the same intention and wanted to continue their thrashing attitude. PSG went ahead with two first-half goals and kept a tight control in the second half as well to deny OM a score and keep their sheet clean.
