Lamela scored twice against Vallecano, Sevilla 3-0 Vallecano

Sunday, 15th August 2021, Sevilla defeated Rayo Vallecano on their home turf, with a score of 3-0 in the La Liga.

Erik Lamela made an excellent start for Sevilla FC, scoring twice in a 3-0 home win over Rayo Vallecano in his new team's first LaLiga game after visiting goalie Luca Zidane was sent off early on. Where the first goal was scored by Youssef En-Nesyri just 19 minutes into the first half, putting Sevilla in the lead; Erik Lamela continued the lead by scoring the next goal in the 55th minute.

The final goal was scored in the 79th minute, this time again by Lamela with an assist from En-Nesyri, finishing the match with an impressive score of 3-0.

Sevilla will play its next match on Monday against Getafe at Coliseum Alfonso Pérez. Rayo Vallecano will be playing against Sociedad on Sunday.
