Over the past three seasons, Lazar Samardzic has been among the most sought-after players in Serie A, and last summer, he was on the verge of joining Inter Milan. Juventus has also given the midfielder considerable thought because of his long history of strong play at Udinese. But his transfer to Inter sparked controversy prior to its breakdown, which appears to have impacted how other teams view him.
He and Inter had reached a personal terms agreement, and it appeared he was going to join the Milan team. The deal fell through, though, when his camp asked Inter for extra money after the two sides agreed on a transfer cost. Since then, elite teams' interest has decreased, perplexing commentator Stefano Impallomeni. However, he maintains that the midfield player is qualified for a premier league team.
