Lazio have a bid turned down for Gundmundsson

There has been a lot of conjecture over the past several months connecting Gudmundsson to a move to Spurs, and the rumors do not appear to be abating. La Repubblica is the most recent outlet to report on the forward's future, claiming that West Ham and Spurs are interested in signing him.

The source claims that the two Premier League teams are now "pushing hard" for the 27-year-old. In addition to the two London clubs, Napoli, Inter Milan, AS Roma, and Lazio are all rumored to be in the running for the player. According to the report, Genoa rejected Lazio's offer of €20 million plus Matteo Cancellieri in exchange for Gudmundsson. The Serie A team is reportedly refusing to part with players this summer in favor of a monetary payment of €40 million.
