According to rumours, Manchester United wants to improve Ruben Amorim's prospects of having a successful start to his career at Old Trafford by signing Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez and Everton centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite. Erik ten Hag was fired by the Red Devils at the end of last month after a dismal sequence of results signalled the end of the former Ajax manager's career. Amorim, the manager of Sporting Lisbon, was swiftly hired by Manchester United, and the Portuguese coach will go to Manchester on Monday to begin work.
