Morocco v/s Canada: A crucial chance for the Moroccan side

Morocco still have an opportunity to prolong their stay in Qatar beyond the group stages when they line up against Canada at the Al Thumama Stadium on Thursday in a World Cup Group F tie. Canada are already discarded, but there are probably greater implications going on in this fixture for the North African men.

There are many calculation involved in the final matchday in Group F, which remains unbelievably tight and tough to predict. However, things are simple for Morocco - win or draw and they advance regardless of the result in the other game of the group.

Although, if they get beaten, then things become complicated, as they would need either Croatia to lose by at least two goals more than theirs, or for Belgium to lose in order to advance.
