The American club Inter Miami officially announced the signing of Argentine midfielder Rodrigo De Paul until the 2029 season, coming from Spanish club Atletico Madrid, via its official account on the 'X' platform and its official website.
For its part, Atletico Madrid issued an official statement saying: 'Rodrigo De Paul bids farewell to Atletico Madrid to continue his professional career with Inter Miami,' adding: 'With this, the Argentine midfielder faces a new challenge in his sports career, concluding a journey that lasted 4 seasons with the team, and we wish him all the best in his personal and professional future.'
According to the Spanish newspaper 'Marca', the value of the deal was 15 million euros including variables, noting that De Paul, who is 31 years old, was under contract with Atletico Madrid until the summer of 2026 before leaving a year before its end.
