Ousmane Dembélé to travel to Qatar to continue recovery from injury

Last Monday, the Paris Saint-Germain forward was in Paris, collecting the Ballon d’Or trophy. It has been a busy week of media duties for the Frenchman. All the while, he is still recovering from the thigh injury that he suffered on international duty earlier this month.

Dembélé suffered the injury during the 2-0 win over Ukraine on 5th September. At the time, it was expected that he would miss six weeks of action, meaning that he is likely to return on the other side of the upcoming international break.

As he steps up his recovery, PSG announced on Sunday that the forward would head to Qatar this week. He will go to the Aspetar hospital in Doha, a facility often used by PSG in order to aid the recovery of their injured players.
