During the summer transfer season, Everton will battle with Crystal Palace and West Ham United to acquire French forward Thierno Barry, 22, from La Liga team Villarreal.
Everton is interested in Thierno Barry, according to a report by Graeme Bailey on TBR Football. However, West Ham United and Crystal Palace will be fierce rivals of the Toffees for the Villarreal striker. Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leeds United, and Brentford are also interested in acquiring the Frenchman from the Spanish team during the summer transfer window. After leaving FC Basel to join Villarreal last summer, Thierno Barry has emerged as one of La Liga's top promising talents. The Lyon native was born and raised in France, but since going professional a few years ago, he has played for clubs in Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain.
