Real Madrid have already made headlines in the summer transfer market

Real Madrid have already made headlines in the summer transfer market with signings like Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dean Huijsen, and Franco Mastantuono, while Álvaro Carreras is expected to join after the Club World Cup. Yet, their spending spree may not be over. A new midfielder could be on the cards, but club legend Luis Figo believes another attacker should be added—specifically, Nico Williams.

In a recent interview with Diario AS, Figo said, “There are many players I like. I would sign Nico Williams, for sure. He is a gem.” Highlighting Williams’ youth and value, he added, “His price seems affordable, considering today's market.’ Figo, a former winger himself, even compared their styles: “We’re different players… But I wasn’t as fast as him. I wish I had been.” His endorsement signals that Madrid may still have surprises in store this summer.
