REPORT: A stroll in the park for Yahaya Mohammed as Aduana beat Allies 4-0

Defending’ champions, Aduana Stars were yet again on the rampage at home against Inter Allies as they thumped them 4-0 for their 2019/20 season opener at the Nana Agyeman Badu Park in Dormaa.

Inter Allies have suffered a back-to-back humiliation at the hands of Aduana at Dormaa – their last visit to the Agyeman Badu Park ended in a 6-0 thrashing with Yahaya Mohammed scoring 4 of those goals.

Yahaya Mohammed was on duty when the 'Eleven Is To One' lads visited and he showed them no mercy again as he got the first hattrick of the season.

It took the veteran striker just 18 minutes to get the first brace of the season by punishing Allies for their naïve defending. Aduana pilled pressure on their visitors but could not increase the tally from 2 as the first half ended with very little to pick from Inter Allies as their goalkeeper was the busiest of the game.

Gideon Ahenkorah had to bring his experience to bare to keep the scoreline respectable before the interval.

On resumption of the second half, Aduana started in with the same intensity and dominance – they propped as they pushed Allies further the pitch in their own half making it difficult for them to make any incursions.

Yahaya Mohammed finally got his hattrick on the 73rd minute after severally attempts before Inter Allies’ woes deepened with the 4th from Justine Anane with just a minute left to be played.

Inter Allies have now a total of ten goals in their two visits to Dormaa with Yahaya Mohammed scoring 7 of the goals for Aduana.
