The Brazilian Justice has already informed the Italian that it is prevented by the Constitution from accepting the extradition request issued in the name of Robinho, who was sentenced in the country to a prison sentence of nine years for sexual violence.
The news is advanced by the Italian agency ANSA, which stresses that, however, the possibility that the transalpine authorities will come to ask the Brazilians for the former player to serve his sentence in Brazil will not yet be ruled out.
The case, remember, dates back to January 22, 2013, when the former Canadian international and a friend, Ricardo Falco, took a woman to a dressing room at a nightclub located in Milan, where they allegedly performed the act.
The victim turned the case over to the Italian police, who opened an investigation and concluded that the former forward and his friend were guilty.
