With a hat-trick against 10-man Torino on Saturday, Marcus Thuram put Inter Milan second in Serie A, bringing the champions within two points of league leaders Napoli. Thuram, a striker from France, headed in crosses from Alessandro Bastoni and Francesco Acerbi in the first half. He then scored a third goal on the hour mark, giving Inter a thrilling, albeit close, victory at the San Siro.
