Tuchel is delighted to face Real Madrid

Perhaps the team that everyone was trying to avoid are current European kings, Real Madrid. The Spanish giants got selected in Group F where they will play against Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon, Polish club Legia Warsaw and most importantly, German club Borussia Dortmund. The Bundesliga's runner-up from last season will be the biggest headache Los Blancos will get, manager Thomas Tuchel, as well as some players reacted to the draw.

Tuchel wasn't surprised wth the selection, he is eager to start the season and already play against Zinedine Zidane's team to prove they are capable of clashing against titans: "We have awaited the draw with great anticipation. It is a delightful group, equally difficult and attractive. Playing against Real is, for Dortmund, almost a classic. We look forward to facing the defending champions."

Club skipper Marcel Schmelzer also warned about the other two rivals in the group: "Madrid is a beautiful draw, even though we have played them often. We know them well, but Sporting are new to us. And Legia, as the first Polish team in 20 years to reach the group stage, are something [to think about]. We have been warned. But of course we want to prevail in this group and go through."
