Berekum Chelsea edged Bechem United to reach the MTN FA Cup finals

Stephen Amankonah drilled home the winning goal in the 30th minute to give Berekum Chelsea a 1-0 win over Bechem United in the quarterfinal of the MTN FA Cup.
The sleek forward scored the only goal of the match, smashing a bullet shot from inside the box that beat Bechem United goalkeeper Aziz Adaari.
Mezack Afriyie wasted a wonderful effort in the 68th minute, while Edwin Asamoah also smashed an effort wide in the 82nd minute.
Bechem United threw men forward in search of an equalizer, but Berekum Chelsea held on to win the contest. The result sends Berekum Chelsea to the semifinals of the 2024/25 MTN FA Cup.
