Chelsea will once again attack the transfer market this summer

In an attempt to regain their position at the top of both the Premier League and Europe, Chelsea will once again go after the transfer market this summer. Despite having a lacklustre debut season, Chelsea is reportedly still working with Enzo Maresca to prepare for the future. Maresca could have left the team under the previous ownership, but BlueCo and Todd Boehly appear eager to give the Italian additional time.

In addition to Chelsea's desire to sign Marc Guehi again this summer, the Blues are now aiming for an even bolder comeback. Chelsea may have found the ideal person to fill the leadership void created by Thiago Silva's departure last summer, but they have been unable to do so. Football Transfers claims that Chelsea is now considering a deal to re-sign Antonio Rudiger.
