It was an exciting Champions League Tuesday for Atletico Madrid, they needed a victory after not getting past the goalless draw against PSV at Eindhoven in the first leg of the tier. For the return leg at the Vicente Calderon stadium, the fans were ready to support their team in order to push them to the next round. Diego Simeone had previewed a very difficult match and the possibility to reach the penalty kick shoot-out, he wasn't wrong.
