According to FCInterNews and German news agency Bild, Hertha would want €10 million in order to sell the Belgian. The Nerazzurri are reportedly interested in signing Hertha striker Lukebakio, according to the broadcaster. Hertha has been demoted from the Bundesiga this year. The Berlin-based team's season was a complete failure; they came in dead last in the German top division league.
However, the offensive player Lukebakio has had a solid season overall. In 32 league games played this season, the Belgian has eleven goals to his credit. In one appearance in the German Cup, he also scored once. Lukebakio's continued employment at Hertha seems improbable given that they will compete in the second division in 2019. According to reports, Inter is eager to sign Lukebakio. The 25-year-old is seen by the Nerazzurri as a potential substitute for Fenerbahce target Joaquin Correa.
