In the last game of the 29th round of Serie A, Inter won by 2 to 0, at Atalanta home, thus consolidating the leadership of the competition, now with three points ahead of Napoli.
The match's goals only appeared in the second half. In the 54th minute, Carlos Augusto opened the scoring after a corner taken by Hakan Calhanoglu. In the final stretch of the match, Nico Barella served for captain Lautaro Martínez to finish, whose goal sealed the match.
