Patino, who is regarded as a very bright player, was sent on loan to Swansea this season in order to increase his playing time. The midfielder has demonstrated his potential by being a star performer for Swansea in the Championship. The teenage midfielder may find it difficult to earn a regular berth in the Gunners' first squad next season given Patino's success in the Championship and Arsenal's strong Premier League play.
