Kylian Mbappé's rapid rise to stardom continued after he attained an all new milestone with his goals in Saturday's win over Ligue 1 outfit Nimes.
PSG's Nkunku opened the scoring in 40th minute. Mbappé was then called into action in the 69th minute to double the lead in the 89th-minute.
With 51 goals in 88 Ligue 1 matches at the age of 20 years, two months and three days, the 2017 Golden Boy became the youngest player in the competition's history to score half-a-century of league goals. The record was previously set in 1982 by former French international and Sochaux striker Yannick Stopyra at the age of 21 years, 11 months and nine days.
At the moment, Kylian Mbappé leads Ligue 1 goal scoring charts with 22 goals in 20 Ligue 1 outings. The former AS Monaco prodigy has registered 27 goals in 31 appearances across all competitions this season.
