Leicester hails more misery on Burnley

Jamie Vardy returned to the lineup to inspire Leicester City to a 2-0 win at Turf Moor on Tuesday. Burnley before coming into the match was hoping for a win that would ultimately help them climb out of the relegation zone in the Premier League but failed miserably against Vardy and the team.

Brendan Rodgers' side sneaked in two goals in the last eight minutes of the match where Vardy grabbed one goal himself and set up the other one for James Maddison as well. Leicester crashed all hopes Burnley held before the match with their three-game unbeaten run and one point away from safety even a draw would have given the side hope who has been in the red zone since November. As for Leicester, they have launched themselves back with their first win in six matches.
