Granada confirmed on social media their agreement with Manchester United for Facundo Pellistri to arrive on loan for the remainder of the season. The Uruguayan finds a destination to get playing time in the face of the lack of faith that Erik ten Hag had placed in him.
Granada CF have reached an agreement with Manchester United to sign Uruguayan winger Facundo Pellistri, who is the Spanish side's eighth signing of the winter transfer window. Granada announced his arrival on Wednesday night after several days of negotiations with the player and the English club. He will play in La Liga on loan until the end of the season.
Pellistri, 22, started training under compatriot Alexander Medina and will make his debut in Granada's game against Las Palmas on Saturday. The Uruguayan winger trained at Penarol and, in 2020, made the leap to Europe when he was transferred to Manchester United.
