Sander Berge of Sheffield out for four months

An already struggling Sheffield United suffers a huge blow with their Norwegian midfielder Sander Berge being ruled out for four more months after he underwent surgery on his leg injury, this information comes directly from manager Chris Wilder. The 22-year-old was injured in Sheffield’s last defeat at the hands of Manchester United of 3-2, the player had sustained injuries in the first half itself and was taken to the hospital later on for his tendon injury.

To add salt to their misery their midfielder John Lundstram would not be available for the next three games as he was sent off for an infraction in the Brighton match. Currently, the club is in deep waters stands last on the table with two points to show off from their 14 matches and zero wins to support them.
