Pablo Barrios, Cagar Soyuncu, and Angel Correa of Atletico Madrid are expected to recover in time for the Champions League match against Celtic. Barrios and Soyuncu have been out with muscle injuries for the past month, while Correa has been out with a knee injury since the recent Madrid Derby triumph. All three guys, though, are set to be available for Diego Simeone's team when they go to Glasgow on matchday three. On four points, the Spanish giants are equal the top of the group alongside Lazio.
Celtic are also "interested" in Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin. The 24-year-old started the opening two games of the season for the Spanish giants but has not appeared since Kepa Arrizbalaga arrived on loan from Chelsea. Joe Hart's contract at Parkhead expires at the end of the season, and the Scottish champions presently have backup alternatives in Scott Bain and Benjamin Siegrist. Lunin joined Real Madrid in 2018 but spent most of his minutes on loan at Leganes, Valladolid, and Oviedo.
