Roma hopes to qualify for the Champions League the next season in order to sign Inter Milan this summer. According to FCInterNews, this is the case with today's print issue of Gazzetta dello Sport, a daily located in Milan. It's no secret that Roma wants to recruit Davide Frattesi, a midfielder for Inter Milan.
The Italian international was pursued by the Giallorossi during the January transfer window. Nevertheless, despite rumours that he was unhappy with his playing time, Frattesi remained at Inter. According to reports, Inter would have demanded €40–45 million for Frattesi's sale. As the summer transfer window approaches, Roma continues to have Davide Frattesi as a top priority. Inter's asking price for the 25-year-old, nevertheless, continues to be a significant barrier for the capital club. It is unlikely that the Nerazzurri would make significant concessions on their demands.
