Wales is already set on the European Championship's semifinals against Portugal, but thinking that they have all things figured out when they still have to face Portugal and reach the final is a double edge sword because it could be their downfall. Manager Chris Coleman needs to work on their ego and ground many players who think they have already won the championship. Even if Wales has already made history, they just can't give up here and try to go all in for the trophy. They have everything to do it.
Talking to beIN Sports after the quarterfinal match against Belgium, Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen said: "I never thought we'd be in this position of [reaching] a semi-final. What an achievement for everyone in the country and everyone involved. This is a moment that means so much to everyone."
He added: "I gave a bad pass away and against a team like Belgium, you don't want to give them a head start in the game. But truth be told, we knew we were going to score tonight and once that first goal went in everyone was confident we could go on and win the game. It took absolutely everything but this is what this team is about, we never, ever give up and it's going to take something special to stop us."
