Cuca backs Gabriel Jesus to excel at City

Young Brazilian winger Gabriel Jesus is arguably one of the biggest talents the country has produced since Neymar, English club Manchester City was smart enough to sign him in time before his price went to the roof. His arrival is scheduled for the winter transfer window. He already proved that he is one of the very best players with his performance at the Rio Olympic Games but now his next plan is to take the Premier League by storm after he arrives, he is a mixture between Neymar and Douglas Costa.

His current boss at Palmeiras Cuca, told SporTV: "He is 19 years old, will turn 20 and will learn a lot over the course of time. He has the essentials. He likes contact, combines explosiveness with speed. In a one-on-one he does very well. It is difficult to find such a player. Credit to Gabriel because he wanted to stay [at Palmeiras until the end of the season]. If he wanted to leave, he would have. I am very happy with his professionalism."

The coach is convinced of Gabriel's road to success, so much that he even thinks we are in front of a future Ballon d'Or: "He gives his life in games and in training he does the same thing. He's a golden boy, and no doubt will take off further in his career because he is a great professional."
