Enzo eyes more opportunities for Real Madrid

One of the hardest things any player can endure, is being the son of an already established football legend. There have been very few dynasties in which the descendants of a mythical player have been successful in football history, Zinedine Zidane has four kids and all of them are currently developing their career as professional players. The oldest one, Enzo, prefers to use his mother's last name (Fernandez) to keep a low key.

But it's already well-known that he is Zidane's major son, even if he wanted to hide it he wouldn't be able to because his style of play is eerily resembling of Zizou during his professional years. Last Wednesday he made his official debut and managed to score a goal, despite going against all odds and critics, his main goal is to succeed with Real Madrid. In the past, only Javier Hernandez, Diego Forlan and Paolo Maldini have been more successful than their fathers. It's highly unlikely that either of Zizou's kids surpass him, but all of them will surely try.

Talking to the club's website, Enzo said: "To score on your Real Madrid debut is always a dream and I'm really happy it's come at the Bernabeu and with a win. It's been a very special night. I've had to wait for my chance and now it's here. This is the beginning and I have to keep working to get more chances and help the team. The squad treat me and all of the other younger players really well. You learn things all the time just from watching the best players in the world. What's more, there's a really good vibe, the first-team players always give us a warm welcome, they offer us advice and are always there to help. That's really important for a player like me as it allows me to enjoy my football with them."
