Sevilla gets back in the game

The international break came at a fortuitous moment for Sevilla, who had lost their previous three La Liga games. They have gone undefeated in all competitions since then, and that streak was extended on Tuesday with a 5-1 victory against Almeria at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan. Youssef En-Nesyri scored after seven minutes for Jose Luis Mendilibar's team. Dodi Lukebakio's spectacular solo goal extended their advantage 60 seconds later. Suso made it 3-0 for the Los Nervionenses with a wonderful shot from beyond the penalty area.

Sevilla then came back for more in the second half, Erik Lamela who scored a fourth early by converting an Adria Pedrosa cross. Luis Suarez spoiled any chances of getting away with a clean sheet by converting from the penalty spot to put the score 4-1. Nonetheless, Kike Salas added Sevilla's fifth goal of the match in the 92nd minute of stoppage time.
